A "cluster" is modules + baseboards + hosts + fabric + storage + software entitlements. Loose SXM modules are worth materially less than intact HGX baseboards; clusters with complete NDR InfiniBand fabric price as systems, not parts.
We tier: certified-refurb / verified-working / untested / distressed. Runtime hours, thermal history, and firmware state move pricing 20–40%. This is why identical SKUs trade at 5x spreads.
Per-serial chain-of-custody, original purchase records, and maintenance logs add 15–25 points. Anonymous lots take the deepest discounts because every downstream buyer prices in fraud risk.
8-GPU increments sell fastest; odd-lot configs wait. Sellers who match the market's clearing unit capture more of the index range.
